Step 1 – Initial Consultation

Contact us on 01245 269778 / 07811 958233 or via our contact form. We can book in your no obligation appointment for a survey at a time to suit you. We understand most people are working during the day so are happy to attend in the evening or on the weekend.
Step 2 – Site Survey
We’ll visit your home to carry out a free bathroom or kitchen survey at a time that suits you.
We will measure your room and discuss your ideas, making sure we understand how you envisage it. As we an independent showroom we can source products which are just right for the room you are trying to achieve.
Step 3 – Design
Using the latest CAD design technology, we will create a 3D preview of your room.
Once we have understood your brief we will produce plans which will be available to view by appointment at one of our showrooms. At this point you can begin to select equipment based on these plans or make amendments to the layout.
Step 4 – Ordering
Once you are 100% happy with the products selected they will be ordered.
Only once you are completely happy with the plans and the products decided on, we will order up your goods and book in a suitable installation date.
Step 5 – The project will begin
Our Bathroom and Kitchen fitters will start the project at an agreed time.
Our aim is to make the process of having your new Bathroom or Kitchen installed as stress free as possible.
Step 6 – Managing the project
To ensure your bathroom or kitchen is installed as smoothly as possible.
Bathtub will get daily updates from the installation team, as well as visiting on site at regular intervals to check on progress.
Step 7 – Completion and signing off
We will ask you to sign off once the installation is complete.
We will attend to ensure the job has been carried out to the highest standard and that you are completely happy with your new room.
